How do I open a fund account?

A.S.K GENVA provides two ways to apply for account opening:

1. Handwritten Paper Application

Please visit the 'A.S.K GENVA Website' → 'Customer Service' → 'Document Downloads' to download the 'Account Opening Agreement'. After filling it out, submit it along with copies of both sides of the beneficiary's national ID and second identification document (such as health insurance card or driver's license), either in person or by mail to A.S.K GENVA.

2. Online Account Opening (Limited to domestic individuals. If you are a foreign national or legal entity, please contact our customer service center at 0800-005-168 for assistance with the account opening process.)

Please visit the 'A.S.K GENVA Website' and click on the 'Open Account' option on the homepage. Follow the steps to fill in the account opening information, then proceed with "Online Verification" -- 1. Internet Banking Authentication, 2. Chip Financial Card Authentication and upload images of both sides of two identification documents; or choose 3. General Mailing, print out the pre-filled account opening documents, sign and stamp them, attach copies of relevant documents, and submit in person or by mail to A.S.K GENVA.

Note: For mailed account openings, we will verify the accuracy of the documents via telephone before completing the account opening process.

Who can invest with A.S.K GENVA?

Anyone anywhere in the world who is over the age of 18. No accreditation required.

What types of investment options do you offer?
  • We provide a range of investment opportunities, including mutual funds, fixed-income securities, equities, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and alternative assets.
Is there a minimum investment amount required?
  • Yes, the minimum varies depending on the investment product. For example, our mutual fund minimum may differ from our private portfolio minimum.
What are your fees and charges?
  • $0 fees.
How do you manage investment risk?
  • We use diversified portfolios, active risk monitoring, and strategic asset allocation to help protect your investments against market volatility.
